Holistic Lifestyle Coaching

This package is focused on growth in the mental/emotional/spiritual bodies. If your wish is to find your purpose in this life and/or identify what is standing in your way of  you living your dream, or if you are feeling "stuck" this package is for you. 

Caitlin uses detailed questionnaires and assessments to gather information so she can get a full understanding of your current mental/emotional/spiritual state, as well as your future goals and what your dream means to you in relation to your success. From there she will provide verbal feedback and reference areas to improve on in your current lifestyle and mindfulness practices that can lead you down the path of becoming aware. 

The goal of this package is to help you get clear on your dream which will be our North Star guiding us through growing in the mental/emotional/spiritual bodies.
